HR Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals, to source top talent.
- Conduct detailed candidate assessments to match skills and qualifications with job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain and update recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the HR team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches.
