HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals, to source top talent.
  • Conduct detailed candidate assessments to match skills and qualifications with job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Maintain and update recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches.
